WhatsApp New Update: What You Can Expect?
Camera Effects
When taking and sending a photo or video in chats, users can now choose from 30 backgrounds, filters, and effects with the latest feature enrolled. By enhancing the overall messaging experience, this option allows users to transform the shots for more creative and personalized visuals.
Selfie Stickers
Allowing users to transform their selfies into custom stickers, the tech giant added this feature for Android users, while IOS users will have to wait more for this feature. By simply tapping on the Create Sticker icon and selecting the camera option to take a selfie, you can create your sticker.
Share a sticker pack
Making it easier to recommend and discover new sticker options, users now have the option to share their favorite sticker packs directly in the chats of their friends who they know may love those stickers.
Quicker reactions
Users can now double-tap a message to rapidly react. A new update introduced by WhatsApp now enables users of this service to scroll over their most frequently used reactions to let their thoughts bubble up without messaging.
Meanwhile, WhatsApp is partnering with Google to address the giant fake news and misinformation challenge. The messaging application had been permitting users to forward unchecked content, images, and videos that may be fake and frighteningly hazardous to share. This new feature allows easy identification of fake content/images and the finding of their real source.
